Our Services. Divine Medical Wellness delivers Medical Weight Loss, Nutrition Coaching, Weight Loss Consultation, Wellness Coaching, Non-Surgical Weight Loss. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Warranty Disclaimer. Divine Medical Wellness makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Divine Medical Wellness's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Choice of Law. TX law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of TX, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
